Each tier offers a different level of workup, coaching, and follow up included to provide you with exactly what you need for your goals. Patients subscribed to any package can book additional follow up appointments as needed.​
Silver Package
The silver package is designed for people seeking a general overview of their health and recommendations for health optimization and longevity.
Included in the package is:
- Initial 60 minute consultation visit
- Comprehensive serum lab testing
- Body composition scan
- Additional testing may be recommended based on your specific concerns and can be ordered at this visit. Any additional testing will need to be paid directly to the lab companies.
- Additional medications or supplements may be recommended and will need to be paid separately if not covered by insurance
- Recommendations for dietary changes, supplements, and exercise programs, discounted supplement ordering
- One 30 minute follow up visit to review labs and adjust plan as needed
- Option to book future follow up appointments as needed or to upgrade your wellness package
Gold Package
The gold package is for those who want to have a complete evaluation of their current health and take steps to optimize their lifestyle for health and longevity. Bold highlights indicate differences from the silver plan.
Included in the package is:
- Initial 90 minute consultation visit
- Comprehensive serum lab testing
- Advanced urinary hormone panel
- Urinary metabolic and toxins report
- Body composition scan
- Additional testing may be recommended based on your specific concerns and can be ordered at this visit. Any additional testing will need to be paid directly to the lab companies.
- Supplement recommendations and discounted pricing
- Additional medications or supplements may be recommended and will need to be paid separately if not covered by insurance
​- Professional health and nutrition coaching for 12 weeks per year
- A 30 minute follow up visit with Dr Emont every 4 months to review labs and adjust plan as needed
- Option to book future follow up appointments as needed or to upgrade your wellness package​
Platinum Package
The platinum package is for people who won't settle for anything but the best in regards to their wellness and longevity. This package offers our most comprehensive testing and coaching program. Bold highlights indicate differences from the gold plan.
Included in the package is:
- Initial 90 minute consultation visit
- Complete serum lab testing
- Advanced urinary hormone panel
- Urinary metabolic and toxins report
- Advanced gastrointestinal microbiome profile
- Complete dietary sensitivity and inflammation panel
- Body composition scan twice per year
- Supplement recommendations and maximum discounted pricing
