We offer a subscription model for midlife health and patients undergoing the menopause transition because we believe that regular follow up of symptoms and changes with new medications is important to thrive during this period. The subscription offers monthly follow up with Dr Emont and we offer all range of hormone management depending on your primary concerns and health goals.
Menopause Subscription

First year is billed as $500 for initial consultation and then subscription (minimum one year commitment)
After our initial consultation we will discuss which hormones and non-hormonal treatments would be recommended for your symptoms. This is personalized menopause care that is designed to help you feel your best while keeping you healthy.

Annual subscription includes:
- Annual serum lab test for hormone levels and cardiac risk factors
- One urine hormone metabolism testing in order to optimize your hormone pathways for maximum benefit with minimal risk
- Annual body composition scan
- Supplement recommendations with discounted pricing on all orders
- Monthly check-in appointments to adjust treatments
